Curriculum Intent
"Our Design & Technology curriculum enables pupils to design and make imaginative and relevant products, in a variety of contexts, that considers their own and others’ needs. Pupils will develop a secure subject knowledge and will draw on disciplines which include mathematics, science, engineering, computing and art. Pupils evaluate past and present designs and designers to develop a critical understanding of function and impact on people’s lives. Pupils will build the skills, techniques and knowledge to practically design and make high quality products and prototypes for a wide range of users."
