School Council & E-Safety Committee
In this section you can find out all about how we give every member of our school community a voice. Through regular School Council & E-Safety Committee meetings the opinions, ideas and feedback of the children in school, and their parents, are shared, valued and acted upon. Representatives on the School Council & E-Safety Committee are elected by their peers, along with adult support representing Parents, Staff & Governors.
School Council![]() Our School Council consists of two elected members from each class. They have to go through a rigorous process; standing up in front of their peers and explaining why they think they would make a good rep before we then have our formal elections. All children vote, overseen by our local policeman to ensure fairness, and then the votes are counted and the reps elected. Meetings happen regularly, focusing on an agreed area and are fed back to classes by their reps. Click here for more information.

Online Safety Committee![]() Our E-Safety Committee meets every half term to discuss matters linked to keeping children safe when using electronic equipment, educating children and parents about the latest information and looking at how we use, and contribute to, the wonderful world wide web safely. The committee is made up of: Mr. Bass (ICT/Computing & E-Safety Leader), Mr. Shalley (Chair of Governors - Safeguarding), Mr. Mian (Parent & Governor), and pupil representatives from every class from Reception through to Year 6.
